@KG
Online shopping is 25% cheaper than getting them directly.. hate or love it with amazon and ebay making billions in turnover its going to be future of shopping!

I agree with my friend on online shopping...so impersonal whether cheap or not...need to touch and feel before buying :)

i do 90% of the shopping for me online; coupons, free shipping , no tax (some times) makes it definitely better; and no standing on the line - i go to mall just for sight seeing;

I would compare online shopping to reading books on kindle...just not the same as turning pages...making dog's ears...and folding book :)
somehow I'm never satisfied with anything I buy online....always have to return it..

ok...ok...that was my last comment on online shopping ;))

@sheila
better way as I did with books was I used to goto book shop read n select good ones, come home and book it online!
Simple deal when you get a handbag online for 50$ and in shop for 100$ which one you will buy ?

sheila said...

keeping mum as i said no more... :))

sheila said...

first of all...i wouldn't buy a handbag for $50 :)

@Sri,
Just few more days to go.....let us wait n see..speculations are flying to n forth...:)

On-line shopping - I was abt to put your comment....regarding buying of books - go to book-shop...touch n feel the book..read few pages...then come back..and buy it on-line..provided you good disc..:)

But buying dress and other consumable goods on-line - strictly Nah nah..

shiel - sri just gifted a handbag worth 50$ to one of his friends - that's y he is so comfy in recommending on-line shopping..
