~~Trip to Brooklyn muesum~~

With bright and sunny weather outside i didn't want to sit at home. So I decided to go to Brooklyn museum which is an hour away from my place. It is a big museum but always gets over shadowed by the huge museums in Manhattan. There were many American collections from late late 18th to 19th century. There was also section for African arts,European,Asian and Middle East.

The best part of the museum is the collections of Norman Rockwell who drew pictures from normal day to day life scenarios in a funny and creative way. I have seen one picture in Sundu's home in San Diego "The run away ". Emotions in the paintings were wonderful and natural. The one I liked is the below where the magazine he worked asked for a self portrait.

Overall a day well spent !

The Norman Rockwell museum in Stockbridge MA is totally AWESOME!!
The location (Berkshires)adds to the charm. A place worth visiting!
